Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you pay for

Most of The Panther Cards is free. Premium invitations are paid once: Premium ₹99 or Shahi ₹299 (prices include all charges shown at checkout). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Before paying you can fill in every detail and watch the complete invitation as a free preview as many times as you like, so you know exactly what you will get.

The Panther Cards ka zyada tar hissa free hai. Premium invite ka ek baar payment hota hai: Premium ₹99 ya Shahi ₹299. Payment Razorpay ke zariye safe tareeqe se hota hai.

Payment se pehle aap saari details bhar kar poora invite free preview mein jitni baar chahein dekh sakte hain, taaki pata rahe ki aapko kya milega.

2. Delivery (no shipping)

This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. Your invitation link is created and shown on your screen right after the payment succeeds, and you can share it on WhatsApp straight away.

Ye digital cheez hai, koi saamaan ghar nahi aata. Payment hote hi aapka invite link screen par ban jaata hai aur aap use turant WhatsApp par bhej sakte hain.

3. Refunds

Because the invitation is delivered instantly and can be fully previewed for free before buying, payments are not refundable once your invitation link has been created.

You will get a full refund if: money was deducted but your link was not created, you were charged twice for the same invitation, or the link does not work because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within 48 hours.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet or bank) within 5–7 working days.

Invite turant mil jaata hai aur khareedne se pehle poora free preview dekh sakte hain, isliye link ban jaane ke baad payment wapas nahi hota.

Poora paisa wapas milega agar: paisa kat gaya lekin link nahi bana, ek hi invite ke liye do baar paisa kata, ya hamari galti se link nahi chal raha aur hum 48 ghante mein theek nahi kar paaye.

Manzoor refund 5–7 working days mein usi tareeqe (card, UPI, wallet ya bank) mein wapas aata hai jisse payment hua tha.

4. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel before you pay. After payment the invitation is delivered immediately, so an order cannot be cancelled; see Refunds above for the cases where we return the money.

Payment se pehle cancel karne ko kuch nahi hai. Payment ke baad invite turant mil jaata hai, isliye order cancel nahi hota; paisa kab wapas milta hai woh upar Refunds mein likha hai.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email guidebypanther@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your Razorpay payment ID (from the payment SMS/email) and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.

Payment ke 7 din ke andar guidebypanther@gmail.com par email karein: Razorpay payment ID (payment ke SMS/email mein hoti hai) aur kya dikkat hui. Hum 2 working days mein jawab dete hain.
